Working method:

In the first phase, the stylist will visit you for a detailed tailor-made advice. If the property is already for sale, the stylist will carry out a pre-analysis. During the free intake meeting we will walk through your home together to check what could be improved in the preparation for the presentation. After that you have the choice between a advice for restyling (also possible online) or a restyling with realisation. The restyling is followed by a photo report (this is included for FREE with the restyling with realisation). Most homes are ready for sale within 1 day or a maximum of 3 days.

SPECIALS: Besides the several different packages, Home Sense offers some extra services, like photo shoots of your house for brochures, the making of 3D visualisations and floor plans:

Explanation: 3D visualisations and floor plans are essential for the sale of new build properties. A floor plan and 3D visualisation shows at a glance what a room looks like. The effect of colour and material choice can be visualized. Beautiful floor plans and 3D visualisations can also be very useful when you are selling a house or a real estate project. Are you interested in having a floor plan and/or a 3D visualisation made by Home Sense for a project to be developed or an optional renovation? They give the viewer an idea of the future or optional situation.

Do you want advice on preparing your home for sale? With the help of an (online) property styling advice, this is possible. Usually, this advice takes between 1,5 or 2 hours.

PROPERTY STYLING WITH IMPLEMENTATION

Do you want assistance in providing the optimal presentation of your home for sale? Getting started with the Hands-on Method, meaning DIRECTLY after an intake meeting we will work in a house that is for sale or a house that will be for sale and photograph it after the restyling! The implementation often takes longer but is dependent of the size of your home think about 4 hours (flat) or longer.

A free intake meeting. Appointment at your home or online

Inventory of space(s)

Adjustments such as changing the floor, replacing baseboards or removing weeds.

Restyling of every room including the garden. The restyling can usually be realised with a small budget, with use of your own furniture and accessories as much as possible.

Choosing 3D visualisations instead of restyling for very outdated houses or construction sites

Option on a variety of accessories packages. The purchased accessories remain in your property.
